CURRENT JOB OPPORTUNITIES

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in manual G code programming and 2D machining.
  • Ability to read blueprints from start of job to completion.
  • Ability to machine complex parts to very tight tolerances.
  • Ability to program in Heidenhain and/ or Fanuc.
  • Extensive knowledge of tooling and tooling operations.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in fitting complex weldments.
  • Ability to read and understand fabrication blueprints.
  • Fit and assemble structural frameworks and housings from materials following blueprints.
  • Check and compare dimensions of assembly using hand tools; calipers, square, etc.
  • Ability to work independently, problem solve and communicate effectively with team members.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience MIG welding with large complex weldments.
  • Knowledge and experience in various welding techniques, including GTAW, TIG, GMAW, FCAW, and multi-pass welding.
  • Knowledge of ultrasonic welding (UT) is an asset; training is provided as needed.
  • Ability to read blueprints and interpret welding process specifications.
  • CWB certification will be provided as required.
  • Minimum of one-year experience is preferred but training will be provided as needed.
  • Experience with hand tools is preferred, such as power drills, saws, grinders, and blowtorches.
  • Job tasks are physically demanding, including lifting, loading, and standing for extended periods.
  • Ability to grind welds based on instructions provided.
  • Ability to follow instructions and be detail and task oriented.
  • Experience with the overhead crane and forklift operations is preferred – training will be provided.
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems on CNC machinery in a high paced environment.
  • Ability to repair and fix mechanical and electrical issues on CNC machines and small hand tools.
  • Assist in routine maintenance of all plant equipment and various maintenance tasks as required.
  • Ability to read diagrams, schematic drawings, and service manuals to determine work procedures.
  • Work well with others and independently when required.
  • Minimum of one-year experience working in a high paced, manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to prepare and paint complex parts.
  • Experience using a variety of different paints, including spray paint and wet painting using a gun.
  • Must be detail oriented with the ability to organize, multi-task and work well with a team.
  • Manage paint inventories and store materials in a safe manner.
